Ingredients : (make 20 cuppies)
200g butter
200g castor sugar
4 eggs
200g self-rising flour
1/2 cup fresh milk
1 tbsp orange essence
orange zest or dried fruits
Methods :
1. Beat butter and sugar. Add eggs, one by one.
2. Add flour, essence and milk.
3. Mix well.
4. Scoop batter into papercups and sprinkle some dried fruits on top.
5. Bake at 190°C for ±20min.
