Ingredients :
2 trays of frozen quails, defrosted, cleaned and towel-dried thoroughly
3 tbs ground garlic
6 tbs ground chilli paste
1/2 cup ginger juice
4 tbs mixed masala (ground coriander, cumin, fennel)
2 tsp salt
3 tbs corn starch powder
Oil for frying
Mix everything and marinade for at least 30 mins. Deep fry till golden and crispy. Serve with your favourite sambal belado to be eaten with steamed rice.Recipe by Nazrah Nasir (FB)
