Lamb Cutlets,Arab Bread, Fattoush, Tabouleh and Mutabbal
Ingredients :
5 frenched rib-loin lamb cutlets (fat and connective tissues removed)
1 tbs garlic paste
1 tsp dried oregano bits or rosemary whichever you fancy
2 tbs balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper
3 tbs olive oil
Mix everything up in a zip lock bag and marinade for at least 30 mins. Grill just before serving. This cooks very quickly. Serve hot with condiments.Recipe by Nazrah Nasir (FB)
