Ayam Masak Merah



Cara Memasak : Same basis : tumis bawang, bawang putih and halia. Tambah cili paste. Tumis hingga cili masak. Taruk gula, garam, cili sos and air asam jawa. Taruk ayam goreng dan hirisan bawang. Dah siap Cik Jah!

Oh ya Cik Jah... kalau Cik Jah nak guna honey... then abaikan la gula earlier tu. Kang jadi pengat ayam masak merah pula.

Paprik



Bahan-bahan :

bawang putih
halia
bawang besar
serai
cili
daun limau purut
karot
kobis bunga
ayam
kicap manis
sos cili
sos tomato
sos tiram
gula/garam

Cara :

1. Tumis bawang, halia dan serai. Masukkan ayam.
2. Masukkan segala jenis sos, gula dan garam.
3. Letak sayur, cili dan daun limau.

Ayam Goreng Berempah



Ingredients :

Onion
Ginger
Galangal

Blend together with tumeric powder, chilli powder and salt. Marinate for a few hours before frying.

Ayam Masak Merah Bermadu




Bahan-Bahan:

1 ekor ayam dipotong kecil, bersihkan dan buh kunyit & garam dan goreng

Bahan untuk dikisar:

10 tangkai cili kering
5 tangkai cili merah
3 cm halia
3 ulas bawang putih
1 labu bawang besar
2 btng serai
4 biji tomato
2 s/b tomato sos
2 s/b madu

kacang peas
bawang besar, potong gelang
minyak masak
Garam, gula dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa

Cara :
1. Pijarkan minyak dalam kuali kemudian tumiskan bahan-bahan yang sudah dikisar hingga garing.
2. Setelah itu masukkan ayam, kacang peas, bawang besar, garam, gula dan serbuk perasa secukup rasa.
3. Gaulkan hingga sebati dan rata.

Chicken Canapes



Ingredients :

4 boneless chicken breasts
Half a chicken stock cube
Enough water for boiling
Generous amount of Japanese mayo, I love this cuz it comes in a squeeze bottle.
a few shakes of Montana Grill Spice
2 tsp of wholegrain mustard
Crostini or plain toasts
Toasted almonds

Methods :

1. Boil chicken breasts in water and stock cube. Drain and set aside.
2. In a food processor, blitz the chicken with mayo,mustard and the bottled spice.
3. Spread evenly on cut-out toasts and garnish with toasted almonds.

You might even like to try to fill up hollowed out baby potatoes with the chicken spread and garnish with thinly sliced scallions. Very filling for casual parties.
