1. Dice 1 bawang besar, 2 tomatoes and half cloves of garlic.
2. Rebuskan. Anggaran air adalah sama rata dengan bahan... tapi lebihkan sikit la.
3. Bila dah over lembik, tuang 1 botol spaghetti sos.
4. Jika suka (optional), masukkan carrot yang dipotong dadu.
5. Add 2 - 3 tblsp cili sos, 1 tblsp oyster sauce (tak yah pun tak pe), and salt to taste.
6. Tuangkan 2 keping daging burger yang dah dihancurkan (ala... gaul dengan sikit air).
7. Kacau hingga masak. Kalau pekat sangat tambah la air, and if tercair, let it simmer for a while.
Jika suka, boleh juga masukkan button mushroom. But I never do this. In fact, diced carrot pun tak add dalam my spaghetti sauce.
Oh ya... rebus spaghetti dengan sedikit butter.
For side dish :
Coleslaw : Finely chop sedikit carrot and lots of cabbage. Gaul dengan mayo.
Fruit salad : Dice fruits of your choice ie apples, pears etc. Add grapes/raisins and nuts. Again, gaul dengan mayo.
For mash potato : Boleh guna yang instant je senang. Kalau tak jumpa, then boil peeled potatoes, mash them, add 2 tblsp of milk powder, a lil salt and pepper. Recipi gravy di
sini (tak perlu add mushroom dalam gravy). I normally masukkan bawang goreng (seulas, finely chopped) after the gravy has thickened.
Potato salad : Wash potatoes. Leave them unpeeled. Cut into 4 pieces. Boil. Add salt. Bila dah empuk, angkat dan buangkan air tapi tinggalkan sikit. Put 1 - 2 tblsp butter. Gaul dengan chopped parsley.
Vegie salad (dressing) : Mix olive oil, lemon/orange juice, salt and sugar before pouring onto lettuce, tomato, carrot, orange etc.
Buttered rice : Cook rice. Bila dah nak masak, add crushed ginger and garlic. Later add butter, raisin, nuts and mix vegie.
Selamat kenduri spaghetti ala Cik Yong. Nom nom nom.
