Brown Gravy


Ingredients :

2 tbsp of pan drippings
or beef/chicken stock
2 tbsp of flour
1/2 cup milk
1 cup water
1 tsp soy sauce
salt and pepper for seasoning

Methods :

1. Whisk everything in a pot over medium heat.
2. Constantly stir until gravy thicken.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
Great with deep fried buns and mash.


To make mushroom gravy, just add slices of mushrooms into it.
Adding ground black pepper will turn the sauce into delicious black pepper gravy for your chicken cutlets or steaks.
