Kacang Pool



Ingredients :

2 can foul beans
3 onion - diced
7 garlic finely choped
500 g minced meat
2 tomatoes (blend)
1 tsp jintan halus sikit (grind)
2 tsp coriander seeds (grind)
1 tbsp rempah kurma
1 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chilli powder/chilli paste

Garnish - green chillies, red onion (diced), calamasi and telur mata kerbau with the yolk still runny.

Methods :

1. Roast the ketumbar and jintan in frying pan (no oil, ah)
2. Blend onions, garlic, ketumbar, jintan, tomatoes.
3. Tumis the chilli paste, blended ingredients together with rempah tumis until fragrant.
4. Add in the rempah kurma and kari, and water (agak-agakla berapa banyak).
5. Add in the ground beef and cook for about 5 minutes.
6. Add in the kacang pool and let it simmer for about half an hour.
7. Add salt and sugar to taste.
8. Garnish with green chillies, red onion, calamasi and telur mata kerbau with the yolk still runny.
