Brown Gravy
Ingredients :2 tbsp of pan drippingsor beef/chicken stock2 tbsp of flour1/2 cup milk1 cup water1 tsp soy saucesalt and pepper for seasoningMethods :1. Whisk everything in a pot over medium heat.2. Constantly stir until gravy thicken.3. Season with salt and pepper.
Great with deep fried buns and mash.

To make mushroom gravy, just add slices of mushrooms into it.Adding ground black pepper will turn the sauce into delicious black pepper gravy for your chicken cutlets or steaks.
