Kabayan Stuffed Grilled Fish


milk fish (or any kind of fish)
tomatoes
onions
grind pepper
salt
lemon/lime

Slice fish and take out the bone.
Stuff chopped tomatoes and onions (seasoned) in the fish.
Grill.

Squeeze lemon on top and serve with soy sauce and chilies. Or diced tomatoes and young mangoes. Best with steamed rice.
