Chicken Canapes



Ingredients :

4 boneless chicken breasts
Half a chicken stock cube
Enough water for boiling
Generous amount of Japanese mayo, I love this cuz it comes in a squeeze bottle.
a few shakes of Montana Grill Spice
2 tsp of wholegrain mustard
Crostini or plain toasts
Toasted almonds

Methods :

1. Boil chicken breasts in water and stock cube. Drain and set aside.
2. In a food processor, blitz the chicken with mayo,mustard and the bottled spice.
3. Spread evenly on cut-out toasts and garnish with toasted almonds.

You might even like to try to fill up hollowed out baby potatoes with the chicken spread and garnish with thinly sliced scallions. Very filling for casual parties.
