Cheese Cake



Base

Blend 15 pcs of biskut marie sampai hancur.
Then melt 1/4 butter.
Then mix blended biskut marie tadi with the melting butter.
Tekan-tekan atas loyang yang dah juga disapu dengan butter, dan ratakan.
Leave in fridge for a while... about 15 min.

Topping

250gm cream cheese (dalam botol - Kraft or Philadelphia)
200ml whip cream (ada yang ready made, beli yang tu senang)
2 tbsp lemon juice ( kalau nak rasa masam sikit je, cut the quantity)
3 tbsp flour (tepung gandum, kena boh takut runtuh topping)
2 eggs
90 gm (3 oz) caster sugar

Heat oven to 170 C
Bake 40-45 min. Kalau nak elak topping dia hangit, after 20 min baking, put aluminium foil on the cake. Continue baking.
