Chocolate Cake

1 3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 cups evaporated milk
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients for 30 seconds and add 1 cup luke warm water and beat for another 1-2 minutes. Place in baking pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes (350 F)

Topping
1 can condensed milk
1 stick unsalted butter(100gm)
3 tablespoon cocoa powder

Mix all together and cook in low fire till it become sticky.
