Spinach Fettuccine with Tuna Tomato Sauce

Canned tuna
Peeled tomatoes in tomato paste (canned)
Heat the oil in a large frying pan.
Add the garlic/cook until golden brown lightly.
Stir in the tomato slices/herbs (spinach/fresh basil)
Cook for 5mins.
Add the tuna/tomato paste.
Cook for 20mins until thickened.

Meanwhile cook the fettuccine or spaghetti until al dente, drain thoroughly,turn into a warmed serving dish, add the butter/toss well. Taste the sauce/add salt/pepper if necessary. Garnish with fresh basil.
